About Me

Rachel Baskin is the principal attorney at Baskin Law Fim, P.C., an immigration law firm located in Oceanside, New York.  Her practice focuses on employment based and family based immigration cases, as well as naturalization applications.  Ms. Baskin is an active member of the New York Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and has served as the Committee Co-Chair for the Chapter's Citizenship Day Committee for three years.  She is currently the Co-Chair of the New York District Director Liaison Committee, and the Vermont Service Center Liaison Committee.

Ms. Baskin has spoken about Citizenship and Adjustment of Status for Continuing Legal Education courses and other trainings, and  has given talks regarding the complexities of the US immigration system for various non-profit organizations.  She is a graduate of Binghamton University and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
